Over the last 6 months or so, my palate for whiskey’s has received some “fine tuning”. I have tried many different scotch and irish whiskey’s (as well as a couple bourbons), and this past week I arrived at what I feel is a decent assortment of whiskey’s for any occasion
From left to right:
- Macallan 12 yr Single Malt Highland Scotch (Sherry Cask)
- Bushmills Irish
- Bowmore 15 yr Single Malt Islay Scotch (Sherry Cask)
- Glen Moray 12 yr Single Malt Speyside Scotch
- Laphroaig Quarter-Cask Single Malt Islay Scotch
- Glenmorangie 10 yr Highland Scotch
- Knappogue Castle 1994 (Irish)
Not in the picture (all bourbons):
- Jim Beam Black Label
- Jim Beam Green Label
- Old Grandad 100
Tonight is a Glen Moray night.. last night was Macallan.. no idea what tomorrow will be.
